Catching up
Ever feel frustrated with the amount of time you spend “working” and the actual productivity… I’ve been having those kinda days. For example yesterday I spent 10.5 hours away from the house for only 6.75 hours of billable time. The only thing that comes to mind is what a joke. Being frustrated and needing to get some personal stuff done before this afternoon’s interview, I just took the whole day off. Up and working by 7:30, I got what needed to be done, got done quickly on the immediate project front, but after that, it again started to go to pot. Walk dogs. Clean house. All these things needed to be done, but frustratingly a loss of valuable time. Now I get to do research on a company that I’m not sure I want to join. Well, I’d like to join, but I don’t think the position would be challenging enough for me…
Ever just want to go to the beach and just give up for the day? I might have to do that later…
